Worst Customer Service - Croma Kandivali West

I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with the Samsung S23 Ultra, a highly advertised and popular product.


As a long-time OnePlus user considering a switch to Apple, I decided to stay on Android and purchased the Samsung S23 Ultra due to its marketing and positive reviews. However, my experience with the phone was unpleasant from the beginning. On the first day of use, I encountered a volume bug during voice calls. The sound was too low, and I had to press the phone against my ear to hear the other person properly.


I bought the phone from Croma instead of my usual Amazon, and when I contacted Croma about the issue, they asked me to visit a service center on the second day of owning the phone. The service center technician later claimed that the phone was not working correctly when given to them, but the issue was caused by a misplacement of the screen protector provided by the Croma staff.


I have several concerns that need to be addressed:




  • Croma, being a reputed company with numerous stores, should have knowledgeable staff who can properly apply a screen guard on a popular phone like the Samsung S23 Ultra.




  • Croma should have identified the screen guard issue initially, given their experience in selling this phone.




  • Since I reported the problem and Croma acknowledged it by suggesting a service center visit, on the 2nd day of owing the phone




  • Considering the high cost of the phone(1, 14, 000 rupees), I believe I have the right to request a replacement if it requires service within the first two days of purchase.




  • As a customer seeking satisfaction and peace, this entire scenario has caused me mental stress.




  • It appears that after making a significant purchase, the level of attention and care from the company diminishes.




  • Overall, I am an unsatisfied customer of Croma and Samsung, and I hope these issues are addressed for the benefit of future customers.
