I had bought Samsung S4 from Croma Pune. Cost was 40000/- rs. at that time, 15% cash back offer was there. Condition was not like I need to go for EMI only to avail cash back.(Just FYI, I asked the croma billing guy before billing that I would like to go for EMI as this is big amount, he said, cashback wont be applicable on EMI transaction) so without EMI I purchased, after that for 4 months I went there asking for my EMI, they said, ask bank, and obviously bank would say, it is not their responsibility.
So CROMA had its fault and my 6000 cashback never came back and now croma only has been closed there. so nowhere to go now.
