Hello guys, Today I am going to share my experience with croma Split AC 1.5 Ton . Recently 5 months back I purchased this AC online and it was working fine for 4 months but 1 months before the remote of the ac doesn’t work at all, so I lodged a complaint aginst this but no one from company response for about 1 week then I called them again and they are saying we don’t have remote presently in the stock but we are doing our best to help you then I trusted him but the comapny is so irresposible to the service and support that it take that long time for the tiny remote and now its been 1 months of complaint and I didn’t get my working remote they don’t even called on number once . I lodged the complaint many times in the company and now they are talking very rudely, abbusive and unprofessionally to me and the remote issue I realise another issue on the ac that it make more noise than before and the cooling of ac is getting worst day by day . I will lodge a complaint againt this very soon But my remote issue doesn’t solve till now .Don’t buy this cheap quality ac this is a waste of money for consumer.
