Simply pathetic service. Bought 1.5 ton A/C of Croma brand. Within a month started making noise. unable to sleep at night. called consecutively for 3 days the customer care. it’s 4th day. No one has visited yet. I can’t understand in todays times how they can afford to ignore customers. still waiting for their technicians to visit and so qe can sleep peacupeacefully at night. one more night nightmare. hope they will come tomorrow.
