I purchased a Crompton Breeze fan in year 2012 at a price of Rs. 1100/- for my drawing room thinking that the Crompton is famous name in electrical equipments. First of all, it was sad that this not came with any regulator. I purchased a regulator at an extra cost of Rs. 100/-. The speed of the fan was also not satisfactory as it was running with a slow speed like breeze. The air flow was very low even at its highest speed. On the advice of a electrician we tried to increase its speed by changing its capacitor. But this also not worked. Meanwhile, I shifted my home to another place. When we fitted the fan, it did not start at all. I was shocked with the quality and service of the fan. My money went worthless and I purchased new fan of other company. I had used many electrical machines of CG makes which were quite good and durable. But this time CG fan failed miserable and I decided not to purchase any product from Crompton Greaves.
