I ordered lumex projector from these crossbeat frauds and when I got delivery the piece was defective and the same time I reported to their help line and I got a email there to raise my issue. I did the same and till now they are just playing with with cut copy replies now they said they will not replace it. I am filling soon my complain in consumer court.
