Pathetic services ever! I personally experienced and trust my experience was disaster with crossroads. Today my car battery ran over and was not getting charged and the services team responded to us that car is heavy we cannot tow that to nearest service center which was 1.5 KMs away in Mahipalpur where car broke down and in fact they don’t have any alternative solution to the problem like to install another fully charged battery in car if not tow to atleast drop vehicle to the right place so we could get it fixed. Could not understand what are they for just see their stupid mechanics face after waiting of 40 minutes. Trust their faces are not worth it to see either. I am renewing the services from last 5 years and did not ever get chance to use them unfortunately tried using them today for the first time time and worst customer experience.
I am highly dissatisfied and would not recommend these breakdown services to anyone.
