Being a writer, I have been fond of books for a really long time. Compared to other book outlets, Crossword really needs to strive diligently to keep up with its reputation. The level of service has gone far more than down.
The staff is never a helping hand. I literally need to remind them about a book I asked. Firstly, the staff mentioned having the book in the store and that I need not fill the order form.
While I sat there reading books, it took an hour for the staff to search for the book and keep me disappointed by not having it at the store. I would rather not recommend having to go to Crossword for a book purchase.
Though reading at leisure seems quite fun there. Yet, I would suggest having your interiors placed in a way that it seems spacious. You really need to work on that.
I also found a stall of books that were lying on it in a rather clumsy and messy manner. I couldn’t believe such a sight for a bookstore to hold. Clean up the mess guys before people start disliking you.
