Crossword as we all know has its branches all over the country.and I love travelling.so I really visited its 4-5 branches in other states as well and of pine too.
Pros:-
1) It pune branch has big area and well decorated shop.
2) branch is located in central area of city so it is reachable for most of public of city
Cons:-
1) The store lacks wide range of collection of books
2) Even the store helpers are unaware of name of books they have
3) They don’t give any discount while other store give 10% on the same book.
4) The also don’t refund books even after 20 minutes of issuing books
