I purchased the Cruise Split AC 1.5 Ton around 6 months ago, and so far the experience has been excellent. The cooling capacity is superbit cools my entire room (approx. 150 sq. ft) within 57 minutes even in peak summer temperatures of 40C.
The design of the AC is sleek and modern, and it blends well with the room interiors. The remote is user-friendly and has all the necessary features like sleep mode, turbo mode, and timer.
One of the best things I love about this AC is how silent it isboth the indoor and outdoor units work with minimum noise. It also comes with inverter technology, so electricity consumption is much lower compared to my old AC.
Customer service from Cruise was prompt. The installation team came on time and completed the setup professionally.
