I left job from CSC recently, they had hired me 1.5 years back for a consulting project work in their GBS organization unit.
Recruitment:
The interview process was just OK, I had to follow-up with the recruiter.
Facilities:
The office at sector 62 noida is good, they have a canteen, ATM, medical facilities.
They do offer incentives for interest free loan for laptop or company leased car.
However, the company is not doing good and going into loss.
Major Concern:
They did major re-org changes and have given pink slips to many.
After getting into company, everyone seemed concerned about their job security.
I did started looking out for new job after completing 1 year due to concern over job security.
Projects:
They primarily work with public sector company projects. Getting a billable project is really difficult.
Personal Suggestion:
I would suggest to check about the projects, duration before joining this company, if you don’t get a project, they would ask you to leave.
