Best culinary institute in India

I am writing this review based on my personal experience of learning and understanding wide range of cooking techniques at Brand CAI Hyderabad. I did 4 weeks of specialized course. My aim was to learn different techniques of cooking and apply them in my profession. I am very thankful to Chef Attique( senior faculty at Brand CAI) for getting in touch with me, understanding my requirements and curating a 4 weeks of tailored course for me. At Brand CAI, all the chefs are very passionate and brilliant in their areas of expertise. My learnings were with Chef Praveen(specialized in North Indian, Andhra cuisine, oriental cooking and continental). Chef Praveen is very professional,


Very organized, vast knowledge in different cuisines, poised personality, very precise in his teachings. He explains every technique with logic and very cooperative. He is a master in his field and a very respectable personality at the institute. Chef Basu ( Bengali cuisine and continental) is a very intelligent, very creative and has leadership qualities. Chef Attique( Master of desserts). My weak area was Indian desserts but at Brand CAI with Chef Attique, it is no more a Weak area. The techniques taught by chef was amazing, the recipes are easy. He was very patient, organized and creative throughout the classes and have always stressed on learning the techniques rather than blindly following the recipe cards. At Brand CAI, the kitchens are well equipped with latest equipments and pantry is always full, open and accessible( thanks to Mr. Naidu for making ingredients available at short notices). Everyday the class used to be well organized, the menu for the day used to be decided 1 day before the class, . The chefs are so intelligent, very professional very considerate and accommodating. I never heard the word ’NO’, if I were to request any new recipe to learn. The students were very professional with impressive communication skills. My experience at Brand CAI was very educational, I learned many techniques of cooking in a very short period of time. This institute is all about food and as Chef Sudharkar Rao, founder of Brand CAI proudly said "This institute is not about money but about learnings" and Sir, there is no doubt in that. The faculty at Brand CAI are from prestigious culinary institute of India with abundance of knowledge ready to inculcate in the world. Thank you each and everyone at Brand CAI for providing such a qualitiful and professional culinary knowledge.
