First of all, you will not know whom to contact. It’s that pathetic. There’ll be one person for each step of the process(Mind you! A govt can run in lesser steps) and then if that person is unreachable or doen’t respond, all you can do is sit at home and wait for your phone to ring. I started the process on 1st of December and it’s 3rd Feb, all I have till now is vacant walls and a mailbox full of useless emails. You need to pay the entire money even before you get the stuff at ur place, as that is was the’Process’ states. You have to definitely stick to your timelines, but they will not as come on, guess it already. Process!
Even to verify an IMPS transfer, it takes 5 days for them! It’s the most basic design and still it is taking them more than 2 months! God help the people who need elaborate interiors to be done by them. Just want to get it over with! Wish me luck people!
