Worked at Cvent full-time more than 3 years, zero Work Life Balance
Extremely cheap. Senior people can be rude, degrading and unprofessional. Life in some teams can be hell depending on the manager /director. Only the office is nice, clean and modern, higher management are least bothered about Company, process and employee growth, no respect of employee every time get call from HR that they are going to fire you.
Promotions and rewards were just depends on back licking, can you believe who never works got promoted to the next level which they don’t deserve. Honestly there is no parameters for recognizing good people.
