Good for Call centre employees who dont want to grow further or who enjoy doing other activities more than work...Indian management team is not credible..No proper HR policies...They don’t have any proper KRA for their employees...every one seems doing same stuff...
To get a promotion u have to be a part of fools lobby in that company..ceo will negotiate with you for salary structure..they only know how to disguise their employees...if you want to enjoy fools paradise join event India..work is not very great..Once you get in the company after that you will just try to find the good opportunity to leave it...
