Experience professionals coming from an open background (Nonrestrictive work env) should never even think of joining this company.HR policies like work timing/ onsite travel/ appraisal really sucks....if you are even 1 min less than the weekly hrs. Quota , they will deduct your half day pay.... and d worse it’s all being monitored from top level so even your manager can’t change that.
These buggers give only 8 holidays in a year (i guess its 10 days across other companies)
They have a magic box named excel shore which does everything including appraisal, promotion etc...And no one knows who this Mr. Excel shore works except two brothers (owners)
No clear role/designation defined and u might find yourself working under a person at d same level or below your level.
