I have joined Cybage with lots of expectation and after spending 3 years with them I realized that its not a good place to work with. I have few points mentioned below which supports my stand:
Dont expect any good offer from Cybage if you are shifting your current job, they may offer you salary which is even less than your current salary or will offer a little hike and promise (never trust on their promise) to give you good hike in appraisals and or sending you onsite.
Once you get into Cybage you have to sign a BOND of a year that you cant leave company otherwise you have to pay a sum of money. You will be taken for granted by your managers and serniors to work late evenings and even on weekends. They dont care if you have your dinner if you are staying back late evenings. If you are coming on weekends no lunch will be provided.
Intially it will be look good and manager encourage you to impart trainings and share your knowledges with other and take participation in oranisational activities, but in appraisals they will say that you are not focused on your work and spend more time on other activies rather than work. (Standard Reason for giving lesser hikes)
If you have to stay back late in evenings everyday or come on weekends very often, and you ask them to reduces such happenings in appraisals they come up and say you are not hard working and complains each time.
Onsite - They will provide you the per diem which is only sufficient to have food and survive if you think you will save good money by going onsite forget it. This is a way to bind you in a legal bound. Yes every person who goes onsite from Cybage has to sign a bond for 6 month to 1 year, depend on how crucial you are, so that you cant go out.
If you are being sent onsite, dont expect a good salary raise in appraisals as you are already have signed a BOND, so you cant even leave them if you dont get good raise.
Onsite trips are pathetically manage and has no standard arrangements are done, some of my freinds have to stay at the clients home. One of my other friend has put up in a sharing accommodations where no bed and blanket and not even a Phone was provided to him.
Once you resign they will ask you to withdraw your resignation with out offering salary and if you withdraw you have to sign another bond to not to resign again till next year.
There is no buying out of notice period if you try and ready to pay them, they will not provide you releive letter.
Apart from that in recession they have not occurred any loss even then they decreased the salaries of employees and raised the new Tower with that money and in next appraisal they gave the hike but not a full reversal of salary.
