They will give you good hike, while hiring. You will join the company. In Appraisal they will tell you, "You done a grate job, blaaah blaah blaah..."
U have to believe the Managers BIG TALK, because here appraisal policies are very poor, they didnt give any rating.
If you can do oiling your manager, then you have no problem, if you cant Then you will get 0% hike in appraisal. Then you will go to your manager, they will give you several logics. Then you want to change the project, they will give you release after 1-2 months. On the releasing day, HR will call you and tell you that you are a LOW PERFORMER.
CYBAGE DOEST NEED YOU....and you will find yourself fired.
