Join cybage if you hate yourself

No quality: They only want money from client and work from employees. Always compromises for quality. Rather they don’t have any quality.


No pay : They thinks employees are there slaves and should be available 24 by 7. They should not think about family, health. Even if they get such people, they never take care of good loyal and technical people. they have one policy. Hire employee at fresher level Suck their blood 3-4 years.


Do not pay them, Employee will automatically leave cybage and then fill the place by other fresher or less experience people. Employees are the last assets to be taken care for them. No work and life balance.


No onsite: even if they give, they ask for bills (whatever u spent when u r onsite) and then they pay you back the amount in bills.


If by bad luck if your client is not good, they even don’t care where employee will stay and how he will travel. Even when Client gives money for employee’s travel from home to airport, they pay 10% amount to employee and ask him to manage.


Very Bad management : People who are dealing with client, if give threat to leave cybage, they get designation. they even don’t know how to manage team or the meaning of team. Very biased managers. they only relies on opinion of old people in team and not even bother to talk to you if you join any new team.


Even they think they are at such big designation that they should not bother to talk to lower designation employees/ freshers.


If you resign, you come to know how these people are in real. They starts insulting you and makes sure that your notice period will be worst period in your life. They speak bad to your team about you.


for freshers : I don’t think it’s a good place to work, They never think where they are directing the fresher’s career. As they know fresher will not speak out and he is in need of job, they USE freshers like anything.. and when u come to know this, u had already spent good time of career here and it becomes difficult to switch from here.


Bond , bonds and bonds : They calculates swipe counts and decides if you have work hard or not. managers generally even meet employees in appraisal meetings first time ... Even you get onsite, if u withdraw resignation, even if you join cybage you have a BOND..


Because they know people will not stay back here for long once they know the truth. Very unhealthy work space. If you don’t care about your health and want to work for charity; join cybage…
