This is one place u don’t wanna end up in, no transparency in appraisals, when u go seeking 4 answers they will tell u the crappy algorithms n workflow logic that they don’t even understand, bcos there is no such thing, stupid bas<* think employees are fool, no quality work, just junk maintenance projects, and testing work, u may have been hired for dev but they force u in testing, seen that in my time almost 200 dev forced to be Dev test eng, a cool name 4 testers. u wanna get screwed just go in there or stay home n live happy. u don wanna get paycuts by 30-40% and that too without any justification rite??
