I have used this airline since 1990 to fly to Cyprus. They are a very small airline with a counter at heathrow which they share. The planes are run with no expense spared at a great loss. I have flown them because they offered the best value when booking my flight either on line or at the travel agents.
They have a mixed clientel of Cypriots and British not just tourists as the charter flights have. The planes offer no in flight entertainment which is good if like me you do not enjoy cheesey TV shows or films. A first class section is on most flights. If not people with children are allowed to move to these better seats. They are very nice to children and people with children not thinking them animals as the charter flights do.
Holds ups were usual 50% of the time in the 90’s early 00’s this was when they war in the Balkans was on lately no delays at all. I have never had any trouble with lost baggage. Having flown to and from Cyprus 21 times over a 15 year period and have never had any problem with any member of staff or the ground crew would recommend them as a good value airline away from total emersion of the charter cattle trucks.
