Last year I was in search to buy a new router for my house which should be of great range, longlasting and cheap in price. I preferably go for branded things so I got Two brands to choose for:
Tp - Link
D - Link
I just compared all the specifications and stuffs in various different sites and what I concluded is that they both give same service and router but name is different.
In my nearby locality I asked them which one to buy what they suggested me is D link so I undoubtedly placed an order for model 2750U D link from company’s site.
It took around 7-8 days to ship the parcel at my address. When I opened the box what is see is horrifying. They gave me broken router and used one.
I immediately lodged a complaint againts them and asked for refund or replacement. It took for them to solve the issue 20 days. I was shocked. Really.
But alas I got new router. I am totally unsatisfied with their attitude and would not recommend it.
