We admitted dmc Ludhiana through our doctor s private clinic recommendation. My father was just facing liver infection problem and they make it worst. We were getting bills on daily basis of 50000/- per day. We were in private room but their services to private room were worst, nurses never comes to private room u have to run after them if patient needs anything, they will forget giving injections on time didnt come for hours then their shifts change n they will say u have to remind next shift nurses about blood insert to patient n all. One of the nurse on second floor name Aman misbehaved with me i asked her to behave urself n even no of times ask her name as i want to complaint when she didnt tell me her name i just look her id card and said i can see ur name on your id card she pushed me hard that how can u conplaint about me u cant do anything n all. Then i complaint about this to mr satish incharge of floor i guess he came there with 15 members and they all started saying mam u have to wait our staff can be busy. I just ask them is it profession u leave patient for hours if we need nurse she is busy n misbehaved. But they totally protect their nurse. Very bad services bad staff n supervisors never go to this hospital they just look for money
