The manager Raghu K employee ID 10006743 is the most idiot and not at all customer friendly, lazy chap in the store. I do not know why D Mart hires such guy to manage their store. I went to the store today for monthly grocery purchase like every other month. Earlier I had lots of complaints which used to be resolved or remained unresolved and I ignored it. Today it was heights of rudeness shown by this so called manager. We had a small hand bag and an infant to carry, as per the rule the bag has to be locked before entry but the hand bag did not have such option hence they wanted to keep it in DMart bag and lock it. I spoke to the manager that if you do so just give a spare bag as well to carry mobile and water bottle etc as the Dmart bag is not provisioned with an external pouch. The manager spoke very rudely and told that is not possible and he needs to speak to the management to provide an extra bag. When I asked, what for now, he told to complain to any one in DMart website and cant do shopping. I thanked him for kicking out a customer just because he is not capable to provide an additional bag which is ultimately returnable while exit. Wow, DMART, you will go a long way. I could not do shopping today and was insulted by your manager for asking for an additional bag. I have a suggestion for you if your manager cant take such small decision, he is not worth the position that he holds and he must be given an intense training on how to speak to a customer. I have been working in retail for 12 years and I have never seen a manager speaking to a customer like that. Any ways I know one customer complaint wont do much to that idiot but its my duty as a customer to intimate the company he is working with. thanks.
