I am regular visitor of d’mart(mulund), i would like to say don’t interact with staff, they are indiscipline, rude and not at all helpful, someone has replied in this review that hyper mart is new so staff is not that educated, but tell me to give respect to anybody is not in Indian culture, d’mart has to educate the staff to respect and solve the query of customer ….i never find such rude staff at any hyper mart or mall…people write here when they really felt insulting and staff is smiling on face… at d’mart, every thing is good like shopping environment, price and even vegetable counter people are good …… they don’t’ manage the staff.it is zero. .and that I experience many times at cash counter….when something is free with any product we have to remind themand that time they r asking u want it **, if any d’mart ppl is reading then I suggest pls don’t ignore the complains of customer . don’t make any excuse and pretend yourself ….this is my very bad experience, many times it happen now I can’t stop myself to write….d’mart should take action to keep name in international market for …and keep well mannered staff is not a big thing and I want to add d’mart don’t respond to consumer feedback whether it is good or bad, rest is good prices and schemes on product is also attractive.
