Stores Reviewed: Thakur Village, Kandivali East & Hirandani Gardens, Powai. I consider D’Mart to be the best for your regular grocery shopping. You get good variety of stuff and very reasonable prices. The best part is that their prices are lowest compared to any other retail chain, viz., Reliance, Spencer’s, More, Food Bazaar, etc. They also have some cool offers running.
Another big advantage I see is that you get most of the items on your shopping list at DMart; unlike some of the other retail chains, where many of them will be out-of-stock and you may have to settle down with some other fishy brand. Other advantage that DMart stores have, is the way they arrange the products.
The areas where it sometimes lacks is crowd management. Specially, if you visit a DMart on a first Sunday of a month, you may have to spend atleast an hour in billing Q.
