We booked for the 15 days Hong Kong- Macau holiday package with your company from 2nd May to 17th May and were extremely satisfied with your services. We were a group of 5 along with 20 other members and your team gave us no chance to point out any lack of hospitality.
On the 3rd day of the trip, our bus to Hong-Kong broke down suddenly and we thought that it was the end of our tour, but your team arranged for another bus within just 1 hour of the incident and we were on our way to Hong-Kong again! This act calls for a whole hearted appreciation from me and my friends who were on the trip.
The hotels we lodged on, the food, the hospitality service, everything was more than our expectations and we enjoyed it thoroughly. We have been planning this trip for a long time and I can’t thank you enough for making this trip such a pleasant experience for us.
