On my Thailand Trip, I booked 3 Sight Seeing tours through D Pauls. Before Booking I saw lots of Bad reviews about D pauls. so First thought was in mind "Not to book via Dpauls". but then I found there rates very cheap compared to any other operator. so the prices bound e to buy the operator.
Overall service was good.
We booked Alcazar show. the price I paid them was around half than any other tour operators. so I thought I will get normal seats in the show. but When I reached there I found our seats were VIP(there are two types of seats in Alcazar show, Normal and VIP).
Now the Bad : Their Pattaya contact "Sahib" own a small restaurant in Pattaya. so every one who books Dpauls with Dinner. they serve it in "Sahib’s" restaurant. where the food is literally bad.
Rest I can say their service is overall good. definatily they don’t serve you likeSOTC or Thomas Cook. but you are paying very less than them.
So you are getting what you pay for. While in thailand I met a few more families who booked through Dpauls. everyone I felt was satisfied.
So I Recommend Dpauls if you plan for cheap tours.
