I had taken a 8D/7N superior group package from D’Pauls to Malaysia(2 days in KL and 2 days in Genting Highlands) and 4 days in Singapore(departure date: 12 Mar 2010). All the arrangements(tickets, visa, etc.) were nicely and efficiently taken care by them before the departure. We were received by D’Pauls representative in KL Airport and checked into the hotel(CrownePlaza, KL) in the afternoon. Its a truly amazing hotel, in a great location - the rooms were so spacious and well equipped. I had requested for a connecting room at the time of booking itself and it was communicated by D’Paul and hence I could get it without any issues.
We were transported from Malaysia to Singapore by road(as per plan) and checked into Grand Mercure Roxy hotel. Even though its a great hotel, the location could have been better. Park Royal(the alternative location) was situated right near Little India, where the 24-hour mall(Mustafa) preferred by Indians is located.
The tour guides at both the countries( Mr. Lav and Ms.Pyari) were thoroughly professional, witty, and knowledgeable - they made our trip very interesting and memorable.
The best part about the whole package was there were no surprises - everything was as per plan and whatever was promised was complied to, without even asking for it. I would recommend D’Paul for anyone who is opting for a group package - their prices are very competitive and they deliver as per their promise. Thanks D’Pauls for making our trip memorable.
