A website is supposed to represent your business in nicer way. However Videocon D2H management haven’t understood this fact at all. Their website really sucks. It is not even following basics and is very very clunky and broken up. Looks like their websites has been designed and developed by interns and trainees building a web project first time.
I have tried and faced problems with their website a number of times. Today, again I am trying to get into my account for last one hour to recharge my parents d2h in village. It is showing 504 Gateway Time-out error. Being a server guy I understand that the server is not able to handle the traffic. It certainly need a reboot right now. I wonder that there is no server administration or team or person watching it for them!. I cannot believe it, how poor you could be in your attitude and responsibility towards your customers.
I think they are prey of corruption in their web site administration. I have seen cases where company managers outsource work to poor and inefficient contractors so they don’t have to spend much money and eat the money for themselves.
