Stop making fools.

The worst operator I have ever used and heard of. The most and first concern about we all know is the price increase of a particular package which you use. Once you opt for a package, they keep increasing the price in every month of that for that package. And when you stop recharging even for one month, they keep calling you almost everyday and keep disturbing every now and then. I have been using the service since 5 years and one day I felt the service was not working. When I contacted the Customer service, they told me you have not recharged so you need to pay for an engineer visit and he will take care of it. Hence I had to pat Rs.200 extra to resume my service. Not only that, these days my STB gone faulty and when I contacted the Customer service they told I need to pay for a new BOX and additionally for an engineer visit separately excluding the BOX. I denied to pay. However, they keep calling me to recharge and asking me "Aap ko kya asubidha ho rahi he, aap recharge kyu nai kar rahe hain". Instead of asking me, they should check from the record, that what is the reason for not recharging. Every operator except Videocon D2H, offers free engineer and BOX if they gone faulty. If not then they also have the record for the Customer’s reason for inconvenience for not recharging.


NOTE FOR THE Videocon DH: Please don’t make fools.
