Being the customer of D2H I have always come across the pathetic situations. Whenever important programs are going on it sucks , fails to function properly and it’s signal goes off often . While contacting customer care for some minor issues , they tend to book technician visit and charge 200 Rs for each visits . On some channels it shows signal not available where as rest of the channels would work smoothly , it does not make any sense even though .
