I switched to Videocon DTH HD and pretty much good experience so far. I was with Tata sky for 4 full years before I made the decision to switch since they didn’t bother adding Regional Tamil Channels which for me is top priority.
Package selection is good and covers almost all the required channels in the base package. There is an option to choose alacarte in addition to channel packs. This is quite good since you get to enjoy the pros in both variants which wasn’t present in other dth providers like tata sky where you will be restricted to use either one.
Customer service not so great but quite satisfactory.
The only cons that I see currently with videocon is that currently there are no regional HD channels that we are limited to SD only channels. I would like to see more HD channels added to the channel ranges which will make it stand out from the crowd.
