Pathetic services since last 3 months facing no signal issues and they are not able to resolve it and despite that ask for money for technicians visit everytime . customer care sucks . they don’t listen and just keep on saying their pathetic script. Despite escalating to higher authorities still nothing is being done.
Very pathetic servies and poor customer care. I recommend not to take this connection at all.
