This is pure rip off by these guys. I was promised 3 month subscription free on payment of Rs. 1900/- for new connection. I didn’t buy the Dish, the existing one itself was used and I had to pay to only for the Set Top Box which cost around Rs. 300/- I was told by the technician. Once the connection was done I get a message saying Rs. 1555/- balance in my account, which collaborates with the information given by the technician of 3 month free subscription.


Today I get to know my balance is just Rs. 0/- now and I have to recharge to continue viewing. I call up customer care and ask details he says various charges but still couldn’t give me any justifiable charges that comes upto Rs. 1900/-. He is asking me to go to the dealer to find out! Every company calls up a new customer and gives details of the connection, package, etc and when I ask this guy about that he says you didn’t purchase the connection from the customer care so you don’t get the call! What utter Nonsense! This is the worst customer care experience I have ever had in my life! He has absolutely no answers to my questions, no justifications for the charges, nothing! 1900/- gone in the wind and what I get a subscription of Rs. 425/- and a set top box. Thats roughly 725/- noone is able to tell me what happened to my remaining Rs. 1175/-.
