I have a Videocon D2H connection for my television and had to shift the dish antenna to my new address. The TV channels were working fine before the move. When I first called the Customer Care it took a lot of time to raise the request which I feel should be faster.
However, later after the technician had set up the dish antenna stated that the HDMI cable is defective. Then later he changed his statement and said it is the set top box that is faulty. So now I have to pay for a new one though everything was fine few days before the move.
I feel this is there way of making money. The cost for the set top box was quoted as different by the technician and the office. I called Videocon Customer Care and spoke and the executive told me it should only cost 200 plus 200 for the visit and new set top box. So I guess the middle men or third parties are spoiling the companys name by overcharging customers.
