I booked a SD set top box and it was not working . I raised a complain asking them to exchange my SD set top box with HD set top box as the remote was radio frequency remote. To exchange they charged me extra 1000 rupees which was too high. After exchange it took like 3 days to watch channels ( for 3 days it was not working) I was even not satisfied with the technicians who attend the calls to rectify the problem been using Videocon d2h for last 6month it’s totally looting company and looting money by the terms of lock in period it’s an irritating policy by them
