I am a videocon D2H customer from last 2 years. till date I have mixture of experience with that service. they are good at some point and should must improve at some points.
PROS
videocon is providing very good channel plans. and the it costs around 250 rupees per month for me which is comparatively good cost for me. and thus I have continued my services with videocon D2H.
the picture quality is is also other feature which attracted me to continue the services. and during rainy season also the services does not discontinue. so I prefer that services.
the menu layout and operating system of that D2H provider is also good. and some of the hd recording and sd recording function is also available on that service.
if you buy HD plans than HD channels also have good picture qualities and the set top box size is also small to adjust in your furniture.
they give more channel in same rate than other d2h provider and this is the thing I will suggest everybody to buy this one.
CONS
the customer care executives are mostly local and not very educated. so it irritates a lot. and the promotional calls irritates me a lot. they do not know when to call the customer. every time they call at bad time and disturb me with foolish schemes. they should not irritate the customers.
they take very high prices of set top box and antenna. so they should reduce that higher prices of equipment.
and they are very poor in giving discount in monthly plan and do not add promotional channel for regular customer like other D2H operator. and service is also not fast like other operators.
but I will suggest that service for the plan rates and good picture quality .
