Customer id no 72855423. Am using videocon d2h since past 6 months. n took second connection on June 18 they informed me that will be providing free d2h cinema for 2 months wen was booking, but later they are saying that they cant provide it as I booked it through local agent.
Firstly I called n booked through videocon no.073558 73558 but no response. Then I booked through local agent videocon d2h pls look in matter n resolve it as early as possible.
n pls do inform ur call representative to respond n talk correctly n not to fake customers.
