Videocon Service is excellent. About Set Top box I can give a review latter as I purchased recently. But their service is excellent. After placed the order, Within 10 Mins I got a call from Videocon and technical person called around 5 and installed within 5: 30 pm. Wow the entire process completed within 1.30 Hours.
