I have been using the DVR service of Videocon D2H for the past 2 years.

Here are my observations:

Pros.

1. Has a good HD service.

2. Has a good number of channels.

3. Very reasonable pricing.

4. 3D ready DVR .

Cons:

1. Software is not good. There is lag while using it.

2. Support is not good. There have been times where I have complained and nothing has been done.

3. Website require revamp. No good way to navigate and there is no way you can check the status of your complains.

I would recommend this service but at the same time request Videocon to improve on the cons to be the best DTH service.
