So I am writing this review after getting very irritated from the videocon d2h service because of the following reasons
Pitcure and sound quality : - on other days the quality of picture is good But in the rainy season it just got very bad sometimes it says no connection and sometimes their are some linings on the screen and the dish is also getting rusted , sounds quality of my tv is very good but from this the sound quality also get decreased very much as in my tv has Dolby sound system but it didn't work that good because of the videocon d2h
Service and support : - So when I was facing some issues I called their customer care it took them so long to pick up the call and the juniors didn't even had answer to my questions they forwarded the call to some senior , If you can't solve my issue why are you their attending my call , that forwarding took about 7-10min. I don't wanted to waste my time
Value for money : - thanks to new rules the pricing got same for every provider because earlier they were charging very high money , after facing so many issues I don't find it value for money
