As I used videocon for approximately one year, it’s simply a unsatisfactory product as it frequently disturb me during my entertainment. It have such a poor signal quality that in just a little cloudy atmosphere it’s signal goes away for hours.That also some times without any reason means without any bad atmospheric condition its signal goes away and you can’t do anything except waiting for signal, you can imagine how disgusting this problem is, like if you are watching a cricket match or movie or any of your favorite show and in between your entertainment signal goes away without any reason.It’s customer support executives are also a very unsatisfactory reply regarding this problem or for complaints regarding any other problem.Simply you can say it’s customer care executives are not so friendly behavior with customers.It’s picture quality is comparatively better than any other dth service providers.Also its package prices are higher than others.Its remote control or menu system is also not so user friendly.So for me it’s not have good value for money.
