VIDEOCON D2H HAS WORST COSTUMER SUPPORT IN THE WORLD THERE EXECUTIVES HAS NO MANNERS HOW TO SPEAK TO THEIR CUSTOMERS. IT SEEMS LIKE THEY JUST WOKE UP AND START TAKING CALLS.
THEY EVEN DONT KNOW THAT IF THEY HAVE TO SPEAK TO ANYONE IN THE FLORE FIRST STOP THE MICROPHONE AND AFTER THAT SPEAK SOMEONE ELSE. AND ABOUT THEIR KNOWLEDGE THEY DON’T HAVE ANY KIND OF KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THEIR SERVICES IF YOU ASK ANYTHING THEY WILL TRYING TO TEACH YOU TOTALLY DIFFERENT THINGS WHICH HAS NO RELATION TO YOUR QUESTION. I DONT KNOW WAY D2H RUNNING THERE CUSTOMER SUPPORT IF IT HAS NO USE FOR THEIR CUSTOMER.
