I have Videocon d2h installed in our house. We are using it for more than 7 month and we have mix review on this. Firstly they have small and sexy looking setup box in white color. It is is very light in weight also. Their software is little slow in loading.
One thing I don’t like in videocon is that they increase they price frequently at the time of installation the gold pack was of approx rs 240 they they changed it to rs.250 and now rs.260. One more thing, the strength of there signal is also not upto the mark. We lost signal many times in a day in rainy season, which is very irritating. But there costumer service is ok. They will try to solve the problem as soon as they can.
