My family was a Videocon d2h customer but with the passage of time the price of packages got higher and higher.
The package that we were getting for 220 rupees was now 350 rupees with less channels. When I contacted the customer service support and told them about the raise in the prices , they simply said we cant do anything in this matter .
I at once asked for a dissconnection. Its picture quality is also weak as compared to tatasky and dish tv. Hope we will get the prices down and be a part of it again.
