We are using this d2h service from 6 years. our relatives have different d2h services but we like videocon because of there good features. some of them are:
# The base pack starts from rupees 99.
# The variety of channels have individual series as news channel are on 300+ series, movies chnnanel are on 200+ series etc.
# provides maximum channels in the particular class.
We are using the super gold pack costs rs 285. videocon also offers manual recharge amount facility i.e we can also recharge RUPEES 180, 190, 200 etc.
In october 2017 we also buy a multiroom connection, the benefit of multiroom connection is that on the same primary package the cost of second connection is only 231 rupees.
PROBLEM I AM FACING
the problem I am facing is that in november 2017, at the time of recharge the default amount shows 231+285=516, if I am not using my anyone of the connection for a month, even then the recharge might be 516.
