Sub: Prolonged dispute in viewing subscribed channels( particularly VIJAY HD TV), whenever recharge.

Please note that whenever I recharge the same pack, I could not view a particular channel( VIJAY TV HD) though I have subscribed all Tamil HD channels, while other HD channels are able to view.
I have contacted many times your customer service people and many of your customer service who attend the calls do not understand the problem and every time they just ask to book for paid service, though the problem is not with the set top box & only with refreshing remotely.
Please note that some of your staff who are attending the calls are not having expertise to resolve it from their end and just advising to book service .
I am booking service people every time( by remitting the prescribed charges) but whenever they are attending it, they clearly says that the problem is not in the set top box.
I had experienced this bitter experience many times, whenever I recharge my pack .
Even today, after recharged for an amount of Rs.1000/-I have attempted to get resolved this problem but not possible.
I hope that you will take up this matter seriously and permanently resolve this issue.
