I am writing this review based on my new connection which I took on March 2018.
They were prompt when I asked for installation. Within few days, the channels I was getting for messed up.That means I was getting wrong channels with wrong title. I called the customer care and they came and it took whole day to fix it.
Same thing happened after few days. They didn’t come this time even after I called multiple times. Problem got solved after a couple of weeks.
Now the remote stopped working. Battery they put in their remote is lithium button type cell. When I cheked it’s showing 2.6V. Seems the problem is with remote.
All this happened in the span of 2-3 months. Such a bad service.
I was using tatasky and it was much much better.
