I used videocon d2h from many years. I am the customer from last 4 years but this I am not expecting this type of service from Videocon. I am unable to see star sports channels. When I contact to customer care then he is suggesting we are trying to solve problems early as possible. After calling second time he told me that we can’t solve your problem from here. The picture and sound quality is not good in comparison to other services. The service and support of Videocon is not good. The Videocon d2h is not value for money.
